- D P Added March 18, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Repaired valve on heat pump hot water unit. Staff were polite and responsive to questions at booking (on the phone) and once on site. Explained everything and were happy to talk while working. Repair was not as easy as 1st thought, but took it in their stride.. as last job of the day, was not finishing well.. but workers were polite, and on finish, even had a laugh. Invoice receives via email as advised.. would recommend highly

We contacted Hall and Baum/Bunnings and they came on the first business day of the new year to replace it with a new unit. Very happy with the service and the two plumbers also double checked my kitchen and bathroom taps to make sure the water flow was running through as it was before the installation. Thank you for your great service!
