  Bought vanity unit and mixer tap (installed by plumber), and towel rails (installed by me), and sliding doors shower screen (installed by Kewco). Very happy with all products, and service was excellent! Very good quality products. I took 1 star off as the installer left a patch of silicone on my laundry concrete floor which he tried to clean up but unfortunately ended up smearing it over a smallish area which is very noticeable

  Staff at the shop were helpful in selecting products, but the after sales service was not up to scratch, nor were some of their products.
  The shower screen, with the adjoining glass panel were not level with other at the top and their fitter had to return to align them correctly.
  I had a vanity, mixer tap and pop down drain plug bought from Kewco installed, immediately I noticed that the pop down plug was leaking, it wasn’t much but it got significantly worse quickly.
  After numerous calls to Lindall at Kewco, I was advised that the manufacturer would be in contact. That never happened and Lindall also didn’t return my call.
  Thankfully my plumber came out and found the seal provided by Impressions to be faulty. I was hoping to provide a photo of the faulty seal here.He got the plug holding water at no cost to me.
  Kewco products are costly but are meant to be superior quality.
  Unfortunately I struck out.

  New bathroom 4 years ago now shower screen leaking and making for a wet floor. 2 'service' personnel have seen the problem and stated they don't know how to fix it. Repeated phone requests not returned, visits to showroom, and still no satisfactory resolution

  We have just renovated our bathroom and used Kewco for all of the products for the entire project. Their service was fantastic - their team were friendly and very knowledgeable and their quality products were reasonably priced. One relatively small issue popped up along the way, as they sometimes do, and it was handled swiftly and professionally by Kewco. We cannot recommend them enough and are over the moon with our bathroom. Special thanks to Lyndall and Jill.

  We renovated one bathroom 8yrs ago & then just recently have completed building a new home. In both cases we purchased our shower screens, taps, basins, sinks and various other bathroom necessities from Kewco. Great advice and service, good range of products to choose from and excellent after sales service and follow up. Great to do business with a locally owned family business.
