I was quoted a price (390 dollars), had the procedure, paid for the procedure. 4 weeks later I received an additional bill for 250 dollars because they had incorrectly registered what I was entitled for. Despite admitting it was a fault of their administration staff they still made me pay the fee. I guess the only question I have for myself is why am i surprised by the avarice and heartlessness of health-for-profit companies.

After procedure i had coffee, water, nice sandwich, biscuits and diced fruit in juice. All yummy. Definitely would recommend to anyone. I myself did not want to wait 3 years on public waiting list and this was a great alternative. Thank you.

Really appreciated the extra Tim Tam. Whilst never a 'fun' experience I would recommend Southern in a flash.
